Use as many organic ingredients as possible!

Fruit, misc., fresh (pear, apple, kiwi, mango, pineapple, not citrus): ½ cup

Kale or spinach: a generous handful chopped

Nut/seed butter: ¼ cup

Yogurt, plain or compatible flavor, full-fat: ¼ cup

Protein powder: manufacturers. recc. (maybe a little less)

“Green powder”, e.g. spirulina/chlorella/wheat grass, etc.: mftrs. recc.

Fruit juice: ½ cup
-
Milk, any kind: add to blender to desired consistency

Omega oils (hemp, flax, fish, coconut, etc.): 1T (or add ½ avocado)

Chia seeds: 1T

Bonus extras: maca, ginseng, bee pollen, brewer's yeast...whatever you need
